Oroeco

On our partner Oroeco's website (and app) you can calculate your own carbon footprint and get personalised tips on how to reduce it, as well as how to save money doing it.
On Oroeco you can share, collaborate and compete with your family and friends, and soon you'll be able to earn points and prizes for taking climate action.

Oroeco uses the American measurements and consumption averages, but it can be used anywhere.
The app will be redesigned to suit REACT's plan of bringing people together in collaboration and competition for the lowest carbon footprint worldwide.

For the Public

This website is designed for contributors from the scientific and commercial communities, not primarily for the general public. REACT will soon open a site for the public, with information about things they can do, opportunities to interact with others who are taking climate action, information about REACT near you...

In the meantime, here are some things you can do for REACT and for our climate!

Citizen Sensing

If you live in one of the following locations, you can take part in this pilot project which enables citizens as actors in studying the local effects of Climate change.

Participants can record local observations such as temperature, precipitation, air pollution and floods on Citizen Sensing's database. The project assesses how participating influences citizens's interest and understanding of climate issues, as well as studies what kind of use a larger scale application would have for the climate battle.

You can participate from following locations:

Trondheim, Norway
Norrköping, Sweden
Porto, Portugal
Rotterdam, The Netherlands
